I'm proud to admit I'm a fan of Big Blue, but I do love the way you did Bats. I took one look at him and thought, 'Stained glass' for if you look at the way you defined Bats' musculature, it does look like the leading in stained glass.
Please I hope this isn't an insult for I didn't mean it to be!!!

Nice dynamic poses here, too, and great composition with them taking up their own diagonal halves of the page, and moving in opposite directions as Batman is jumping downwards and Superman is flying up. That and the different lighting on the different halves does a good job of creating a dichotomy appropriate for their different characters and personalities.
